Return Windows by Condition

| Open Box | 14 days | Defective, or significantly not as described |
| Used (Grade A/B/C) | 14 days | Hardware defect not disclosed in listing |
| Accessories | 30 days | Unopened or defective on arrival |
Items must be returned with all original accessories and packaging. Deliberate physical damage or misuse voids all return eligibility.
How to return an item

Start your return
Contact us via the Returns form below or email store@deedixtech.com with your Order ID and reason for return.

Get a return label
We will confirm eligibility within 4 hours and email you a return authorisation number (RAN).
- 03
Ship the item back
Pack the device securely and drop it off at the nearest courier. Free return shipping for defective or incorrectly described items.
- 04
Refund processed
Once we receive and inspect the return, a refund is issued within 3 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
- Digital products, gift cards, or software licences
- Items with broken seals that are not defective
- Devices reported as lost or stolen after purchase
